I have known James Williams for over twenty years. Over the course of that time he has worked for me at my basketball camp in New Jersey (Professional Sports Basketball Camp) but more importantly has become a friend. His knowledge of the game of basketball is excellent. More important than his knowledge is the ability he has to teach it to young aspiring basketball players. It’s one thing to know the game, it another to be able to teach it. His work ethic is second to none and he will do everything he can to make sure every camper is given top priority. I fully endorse any program Coach Williams is involved in because it is sure to be run in a very professional manner.

Coach James is the rare youth basketball coach who can balance intensity and toughness with empathy and kindness. He understands the physical, mental and emotional sides to coaching and treats every athlete in the way in which they need to be treated to thrive. He knows when to push his athletes to their limits and he knows when to pull them aside for a heart to heart. His athletes respect him because he respects his athletes.
